Upcoming Rules

To all shinobi and kunoichi of the diamond village, I would like your feedback on the following and post coming.

The Diamond village will have several different sets of rules and regulations to make rp'ing a hell of a lot more fair, orderly, and most of all fun. Because of this, events, and topics inside of the Diamond village and within the jurisdiction of myself, Ravage, and any other Diamond admin will be different than those of shinobi and kunoichi from other villages.

All ninja of the Diamond are required to make an item bag, bank account, mission record, etc, to be able to advance in rank due to there being a mission requirement to advance. Special training is given to those who show merit.

To other admin with Diamond village shinobi, I would appreciate it if you respected these rules in relation to the particular character you are using. If you have a Diamond genin and want to transfer them to another village because of these rules, then so be it.

There is more, however, damage control must be done sooner than later.

That's understandable. But what happened to the site?

One of the admin made a mistake and erased all of the villages. Yeah, it was pretty tragic... Wouldn't you agree...?

It looks so weird now. XD

This won't make it harder for us will it?

Well, I don't really think so it will still be pretty much the same, except the fact that the villages are extremely divided now.

Stat Sheet rules Update.

For speed, Genin cannot exceed C+, being the fastest they can go. Without training, or without it being stated in your Kekkei Genkai or an ability, you cannot reach C or C+.

The speed rubric goes like this from slowest to fastest.

(F, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, SSSS, SSSSS, Z, Y, X.)

(S is the speed of sound, SS is 2x the speed of sound and etc. until Z, which is the speed of light. Y is the speed of dimension and X speed beyond speed.)
