Rules for the site.

Yo, Mylania... Its come to my attention that the rules section of the site looks like complete and utter bullshit. There is too much bull which we still dont implement to this day. I spoke about this a long time ago, but we need to revamp them so that people actually know what they are doing when and if the come here.

Also, im really upset about the groups at the bottom of the page. Majority of them we dont use. I think we need to get rid

Ehh.. Shit like the Soul Meister stuff. Death city is gone. The Dark Uchiha isnt being used anymore... Just a bunch of shit that isnt being used needs to go, cus we need the colors if we are gonna want to add anything else more... Relevant...? Ya know?
