Personality: An all around fun and playful guy, though is usually placid and calm. He tends to flirt with almost every female he meets.
Bio: A fire manipulator raised and ill born in the legendary 'Phoenix Clan.' Kyo's family and clan were both wiped out when he was only five. He was left to fend for himself with power that could be potentially threatening to existence itself. But due to him knowing this, Kyo dedicated every waking moment of his life to keeping his powers in check as to never hurt anyone who didn't deserve it. However, due to this, his powers built rapidly and unsteadily inside of him to the point where he died at the age of 10. The world doesn't know, but all life and time burned away at that moment.
Kyo was reborn from the ashes of the destroyed reality, and his Chrono Trigger activated, putting him back at the time just before his death. Kyo became a sentient being in living flesh, making his powers fall completely under his regulation, though he doesn't know it, even until this day.
Kyo has three Kekkei Genkai, the first being Chrono Ignition. The second is Chrono Trigger while the last is Embodiment of Flame.
Those who are close to Kyo know the real him, and sees a gentle kind hearted young man with a soft spot for animals and kids. He values his friends and comrades above everything and would do anything to protect them. His strength could go well above even the Kage's, however, while he still thinks that his powers are unstable, he refuses to show his true potential.
