For Ranking Up

I've noticed how most newcomers on the site sems to be ranking up astonishly and dont seem to be earning. They haven't done anything to earn it. It's time to put a stop to all this bull. If you wanna rank up then here's what you gotta do.

Genin-Chuunin- Complete at least two mission. Both with be D-ranked
Genin-Spl. Jonin- Complete four missions. Two D-rank and two C-Rank.
Chunin-Spl. Jonin-Complete three C-rank missions
Spl.Jonin-Jonin- Complete three C-Rank missions and 1 B-rank missions
Jonin-Anbu- Complete two B-rank missions and two A-rank missions. Must also be chosen to become an Anbu
Anbu-Saanin- Complete two S-rank missions. Must be recommended by your Kage.
Saanin-Kage. Must complete three S-rank missions, and fight your leader for the seat.

Everyone MUST obey by these laws. If not, your rank will be demoted. And to us leader, we got to stop being nice. Stop ranking up people just because you like them as a charather. Make them earn it.

Ther should be a missions office on the forum.

Ok seem simple enough.

So for some reason, I'm hearing a lot of peeps is complaining about this. Now I want this site to be fun, but rules is still rule. But I'll change it around so peeps can still be ranked up. Here's the new set.

Genin-Chuunin-1 D-rank mission
Genin-Spl. Jounin-2 D ranked missions
Chuunin-Spl. Jounin-1 C-ranked mission
Spl. Jounin-Jounin- 1 B-ranked mission
Jounin and up are still the same.

If any1 have a promblem with this please tell me. ^.^

and i'm assuming this goes for admins and All their characters too?

Just a question Necross..Why did you decide to change the ranking up rules to mission accomplishment THEN exam...without running it by any other admin? I shure didnt get the memo. And why do you feel the need for the lower ranked to do missions to take an exam? Its a freedom...they just need cash! ^.^

If you think about it, it makes more sense to do it this way. We have a missions house that rarely gets used. Plus, even in Naruto, you need to do missions to rank up. They weren't designated but you still had to do something. It would make no sense and it would be boring to have people rank up just because they trained a bit. Where is the real life experience etc? Actually, it would make MORE sense to take away the pay system too. It's redundant to have both perform missions and pay a fee for it.

Yo I'm actually thinking that's a bit too easy now. If you will, could the list go like this?

Genin: 3 D-Rank to chunin. (+ 1 C-Rank and permission to Sp. Jonin)
Chunin: 2 C-Rank to Sp. Jonin. (+ 1 more C-Rank, 1 B-Rank and permission to Jonin)
Sp. Jonin: 2 C-Rank, 2 B-Rank to Jonin. (+ 1 A-Rank and permission to enter straight into ANBU)
Jonin: 3 A-Rank and a request to enter ANBU.

To reach Sannin, must complete at least 1 S-Rank mission, and do something meriting the title.

Genin cells will be able to participate in the Chunin exams, therefor bypassing the ranking requirements. However, entry will be up to the Jonin sensei, and only the Kage of the respective ninjas villages can appoint the rank of either chunin or sp. jonin. It is advised that Genin cells complete several missions before hand to have a better chance of completing the Chunin exams.

This way, we can actually get use of our mission board and mission office.
