The mind on a few beings can control the power of like the Eldunari and their riders. (this is not telekinesis) This power needs no energy consumption at all and can be a dangerous tool, but helpful towards the user at the same time. Communication, taking over ones body, killing the mind so they are useless, shutting down the major body systems etc.
The Eldunari a more powerful race than the Dovah. These dragons are smarter faster and stronger. Their body is more than two wings and two legs it's a set of four legs and a pair of legs, these dragon's all have a rider whom they are connected to through the mind.
