Several fighter jets would circle the tower, after they circle a fifth time, they send missiles at the base of the spire. These missile were not nuclear, but were very powerful anyway. As the jets would leave, the spire would come crashing to the ground.

Pilot: Sir, we're on our way back to base. Estimated time, two minutes once the Hyper-Drive is activated.

Vincent: Good. And the Spire?

Pilot: Down and out, sir. Watching it fall was breath-taking.

Vincent: I imagine. Over & out.
