No one could beat her in spars anymore, and she even brought her own master to his knees. But she was informed that they were only on limited training materials.

The real way of the shinobi was in the Hidden Villages. This is where her master told her to go. The place where she could learn to be a real kunoichi, and be the best she could be. Bidding farewell to her family, the Yayoi clan, Kitana went out into the world known as Mylania, her destiny to become the greatest ninja there is.

Ok, I don't think your name should be Kitana. Not saying cuz it sux, but because of copyright reason. It's fine to use that name. And you can use Kitana's picture. But you can't use Kitana and have the picture of Kitana too. Get what I'm saying. So either change the name or change the pic.

She actually bypassed the copyright law by having a last name. Plus if they look at her abilities, they'd see that its not the same person. Lastly, this is a non-profit fansite so we aren't illegally using the characters anyway. If she said she was the Kitana from Mortal Kombat and that her best friend was Jade and she was the 'daughter' ehem, of Shao Kahn, then we might have a problem.

Yea, but here's the thing. If MK looked on our site, they can still sue of just because of the name Kitana AND the pic. Doesn't matter of pic. Beside's with you, I don't think you using Kyo's pic. I don't want to take any chance of getting our site shut down.

You know what though, just put a disclaimer. Artery may be right, but I've written fanfiction for years now. You can keep all your stuff, just put a disclaimer about Kitana. I need to go do the same for Kyo actually.
