Silver is an unconventional Hyuga. He was raised on a continent far, far, far...far, far...far, far, far, far, far, far from the villages of Mylania. There he learned about martial arts and pokemon. He didn't unlock his byakugan kekkei genkai until he was 13, so doesn't have much experience with it. When his adoptive parents revealed that he was a ninja, he decided to find his roots and live out his life as a ninja in the Diamond village. He was in the academy for a year, and now wishes to try his luck as a genin.
(Silver can't use the gentle fist unless he gets training from another Hyuga, however, he has less accurate, but more deadly forms of martial arts that he utilizes with the byakugan.)
