Bio: Dawn was born into a family of vampires. Her reason for fighting is simple, she was born for it. Her father was a mercenary for the U.S. government. She never understood how he made it, his appetite must have been though the roof. Dawn's mother was a harlot, who's only enjoyment out of life was to play mind tricks on people with her ability to read minds. Not only was she a manipulator, but she was also a murderer. When Dawn was born, her mother made sure of Dawn's skill. She wanted to make damn sure she was fit for the family. Her father didn't particularly care about anything anymore since his wife handled everything for him. They were both impressed with Dawn, especially when she created her own move called 'the Velo Turn'. This was a move where she could boost her velocity so much, that she could increase her speed instantly. The only thing that was wrong with her was, she was simply too soft-hearted. They couldn't have this in their family, so the cast her out into the world. Dawn lived off of family after family until she found this universe.
