Yatsu's abilities

Name: Yatsu Ōtsutsuki

Kekki genkai: 
-Sharingan- Yatsu has only unlocked first stage sharingan and has heightened senses.
-Byakugan- Yatsu's byakugan is one of his only usable techniques as of now. He is skilled with this ability to a point of a chinin's byakugan.
-Rinnegan- this ability is still dormant and unusable until further training, but is present in his bloodline.

Chakra Nature: fire

Jutsu list: 
 
Phoenix flower jutsu: Yatsu makes a variety of hands signs and shoots a blast of 20-30 head sized fireballs at the opponent.

8 Trigrams palms rotation: Yatsu spins at a high speed sending chakra out in all directions blocking all taijutsu and most ninjutsu.

8 trigrams 364 palms- Yatsu, at close range, strikes the opponent in a series of jabs to all of the person's chakura points and if the whole combo of 364 hits is complete the opponent cannot use any chakra.

Air palm: Yatsu can shoot a mid ranged force from his hands to sent the opponent back and cause some damage.

Gentle fist style body pulse- Yatsu can send an outward pulse of force from every point on his body to repel attacks and people along with breaking holds, prison Justus, and escapeing various situations. This is like palms rotation but the user isn't spinning.

Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist- Yatsu forms two shrouds of chakra around his hands that amplify his strikes tenfold and absorb chakra from each hit.

Sorry But i would suggest that you chose one of the eyes to use. Even if its just the Sharingan that evolves into the Reningan. But all three as a KG is really a stretch.

It's okay, Slade. I have talked with the guy controlling this character and he is going to have this character be like an antagonist. Ya know, to spice things up on the cite.

Since you posted first on this topic, I'm not going to go over your judgement. If you still think he is too OP, than I'm with you. But I think it would be interesting.

It would be, but if he were to acquire a byakugan from an already existing Hyuga by stealing an eye then there would be nothing i could do. Just saying.

That's what I was going to tell him to do with the sharingan instead of the byakugan. But it's your choice. Did you read his bio?

Yup i read over it. Thats why i suggest him taking a Hyuga eye. Since he would have Hyuga DNA he might be able to tap into it of he got one.

But he was born with the byakugan. The sharingan and the rinnegan need to be unlocked with evolution of skill and character.

Slade I know my kekki genki is kind of a stretch but I'm going to work my way up and become a very powerful antagonist. And also if I have Hyuga DNA then u am born with byakugan. That is with all hyugas. Also the byakugan can be stolen like kakashi's sharingan and now DNA is required.

I'm talking genetics guys. The three Dojutsu are all dominant traits. Only one would surface while the others would be suppressed. Thats why I suggested that he has the Sharingan that transforms into the Rinnengan. And If he obtains the byakugan by stealing an eye it would work bwrrwe for him due to the suppressed Hyuga DNA.
