A fight to the death

Setsuna walked onto the battlefield ready to fight he hand his new stage three sharingan that he wanted to try out and he had a feeling that who ever came to fight would lose their life.

"..."

Kyoya entered that battlefield and seeing setsuna he would hide in a near by tree. He took out his suit case and grabbed his bladed tonfas. Sliding the sharp blades into his side holsters, he would stab a kuni into the space in between the handle of the suit case so it couldn't fall out of the tree. He then waited and started gathering his chakura.

"Hmm"

Setsuna would activate his sharingan and see a shift in a large tree about 4meters away. He would instantly turn doing multiple hand signs.

"FIRE STYLE: Phoenix flower jutsu."

The fire would hit the tree setting it on fire and hopefully killing the unwanted guest.

Kyoya quickly leaped from the tree and left his suit case. He quickly dashed at setsuna with no hesitation. When he reached setsuna he pivoted behind setsuna and went to stab setsuna in the back of the head. Kyoya had in the tree channelled his chakura into his tonfas and this would make the strike faster and more devastating.

"Your mine."

Setsuna would instantly duck and dodge the attack. He spun around to face Kyoya and do a right jab into Kyoya's stomach. Then he would dash back about 1meter and do hand signs.

"FIRE STYLE: Fireball Jutsu."

Kyoya would get hit by the punch and flinch. The fireball would approach him and he lifted his arm. Using his fire bending he would grab the fireball and throw it back at Setsuna. Kyoya then jumped over the fireball and in mid-air he would do many hand signs.

"Fire style: fireball jutsu."

Kyoya then did a shadow clone jutsu and landed in wait for setsuna's move.

Distracted by Kyoya's fireball he had forgotten the first one. He was hit and he fell to the ground. The second fireball would come and strike setsuna while he was down. Setsuna would slowly get up and he would get ready for more.

"I'm not done yet."

Setsuna did multiple hand signs.

"WATER STYLE: Water Shark Bomb Jutsu."

Three sharks would shoot out of the ground and go flying at Kyoya and his clones.

Kyoya was astonished that setsuna an Uchiha could use water style. This made things much more interesting. Kyoya would send a blast of air at the three sharks having the be destroyed in a watery explosion leaving a rainbow in the mist. Kyoya and his two clones would dash at setsuna. They spread out and joins back together as the approached setsuna. Then would stab at him with the bladed tonfas. One stabs high, another mid and the last low. There was a low chance of setsuna surviving.

"You're mine."

Setsuna leaped into the air but was slow because of the fireballs. His left foot was stabbed by one of the tonfas. He landed a few meters back and then threw a volley of shuriken at Kyoya. With most of Setsuna's chakura gone he would have to rely on mainly taijutsu for the remainder of the match. Setsuna deactivated his sharingan to save the little chakura he had left. He dashed behind the shuriken slower than usual because of the injury. When he would approach he would take out a kunai and go to stab one of the Kyoya's.

"..."

Kyoya would smile.

"Simpleton."

As setsuna's shuriken would destroy his clone and setsuna would stab the other Kyoya would run up to setsuna and go to cut his head off.

"This is the end."

Setsuna didn't have enough chakura for a substitution. He would fall his head rolling on the ground. He saw his parents in the distance.

"Mommy, Daddy. I'm coming. Don't leave me again. please, Mommy."

Kyoya would walk up to the corpse and place his hand on setsuna's chest. A black ink-like substance would cover Kyoya's arm and the body would fuse into Kyoya. Then Kyoya walked up to the head and picked it up. It would also fuse into Kyoya. Then opening his eyes, the sharingan appeared.

"Yes my first new weapon."

Kyoya would retrieve his suit case from the ash of the tree and walk off.
