When the other came to him he burned a mark in his hand and with that he has his powers, being a master of stealth he has blink a fast travel of some sort in which he can dash faster than the eye can see for a short time. With powers he's also had since birth and now just realizing he has the ability to move objects with his mind and command an army of the shadows, like shadow does, but with this comes a cap on it and he needs mana to do it he is only allowed to use these new found powers twice in a 24hr time span.
