Description: The Transformation Jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Description: The Clone Jutsu creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: The Substitution Jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible. The skill and length in which one can stay hidden varies by rank and ability.

Description: Genjutsu Release is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handsigns, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed handsigns, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: This is a simple lightning technique which is very useful. The user will gather lightning chakra in their hand into a small orb. They will then release it into the air above the opponent. When it explodes it creates a flash of intense light, making it near on impossible for the target to see. This can be used as a distraction or an escape tool. The flash lasts for a single post.

Description: This is a very simple but handy raiton based technique. After a single handseal the user will charge-up raiton chakra within their body. This charge-up takes a single post and when the time requirement is complete this technique can be performed. The following turn, if a raiton based technique is used due to the charged raiton chakra within the users body, that raiton technique will do twice the damage then it normally would.

Description: Through the use of this technique, the user radiates their chakra through the air around them, overloading and disrupting any electronic equipment around them. With enough focused chakra output, the user can also make electronic devices explode. The technique can be focused or spread over an area in order to block out communication lines, radio frequencies, etc.

Description: This technique creates a solid clone out of lightning chakra that can perform tasks that the user is unwilling or unable to do. Like Water Clones these clones cannot move far from the user and are easily destroyed. Similar to Lightning Release: Shadow Clone Technique these clones may electrocute the surrounding area when reverted back into lightning, but to a much lesser extant.

Description: The user prepares for this technique with a set of handseals before attempting to send a circular planer faintly-yellow electric wave from their midsection expanding in all directions. The wave of electricity expands is a sphere around the user, since it's painful to touch, anyone caught in the blast radius will be knocked back and stunned for a single post. The wave only extends in a radius 10m.

Description: After performing several hand-signs, the user will collect Raiton chakra into one or both of their fists that will then possess a visible display of lightning with the palm, lightning that becomes clinched within the user’s closed fist. Upon throwing a fist, usually into the open air though not necessarily, the user will send a bolt of lightning straight out in the direction they punched. If a direct hit is landed this technique will surge the target’s body with electricity, stunning them for several seconds and potentially paralyzing them. This technique also creates blunt force and heat damage as the exact point of impact, which is all the more damaged if the technique is delivered through a direct punching to the opponent. The size of this bolt is roughly the side of the user’s closed fist in diameter.

Description: Raiton: Lightning Finger Bullet is a technique creates a lightning bullet which can be fired from the users finger. Once launched it can travel up to 50m, and if charged for a single post, can travel up to 100 m. The shot has great peircing potencial, and if it strikes the opponent, will most likely pass through them. The ability to pierce their body means that it will also paralyse the target for a single post.

Description: This is a cannon like projectile technique that uses a wide burst of lightning over a wide circular area. Though it is slow, it takes up a large area, thus making it hard to dodge at closer ranges. From far away, one can move far away enough to dodge the attack, but normally it takes a great effort from any range to completely avoid the attack. The technique has a range of 20m, and to be hit by the attack isn't considered fatal, only enough to repel the target backwards, it has burning and a single post paralysing effects that make taking a direct hit critical in a battle.
Name: Raiton: One Thousand Thunder Claps Technique

Description: This technique involves a physical lightning component, and also a secondary sonic component. The user channels a large amount of lightning into their palms and then claps them together. The lightning is compressed and then forced out in a shockwave around the ninja that radiates for about twenty feet in every direction. While not deadly, the shock can be incapacitating. As a secondary effect, the clapping of the palms and discharge of lightning creates an abnormally large sound. This sonic component is much like a sonic boom and is able to shatter glass, rupture eardrums, and even knock people off their feet.

Description: This technique is used to create networks of lightning chakra between objects. By sending lightning chakra through multiple objects, one can create a net of lightning. This can be done through items such as shuriken, kunai etc and when the opponent steps within the area of the linked lightning, they will be shocked by the lightning in the circuit, and they will be paralysed for a single post.
