Wind Daggers Slash: When throwing her daggers she be able to control the wind around them making them dance.(Stop when getting hit.)

8 Trigram 64 Palms: When caught in her circle she would hit them 4 times then flip behind her foe hit them 8 times in the back then flip in the front hit them 16 times in the chest throw them in the air then jump in the air with them and then hit them 64 times until they crash into the ground.(Chakra Automatic Hit 0.5)

I know what you actually mean with your 64 palms but next time don't say "teleport" because that implys that your rapidly shifting you molecules to appear in another area and that takes up a lot of chakra for a genin. >.< but other than that, I think your all good!
