Question for Admin.

Ok. What's the deal with the Soul Reaper Captian rank/group? I am technically still a Genin and I want to rank up for new jutsu and stuff. But I am also one of the best and most powerful Captians in the Soul Society. Should I be going by the "Genin" title or should I just say "FUCK IT!!" and just assume I'm a like ever-growing independant Shinobi and just make random jutsu whenever I please? Because that's kinda what I've been doing...lol...some wisdom is needed here. Please and Thank You.

Oh will not be doing the former. Because of the fact that your a soul reaped, you are dead. So mylania ranks doenst count towards you. But just because you a captain doenst mean you can still make god forsaken moves. I still must approve of that. And I thank the fact that you pointed out that im not doing my job. Because of that I will make Necross stricter then before.

And what happens when the bleach event ends? What if the "dead" captains want to continue their journey through Mylania? I know Eight will wanna so we need rules and regulations about this shit.
