Kyo appeared in The Hideout where all the materials were left when he asked Shadow for them, He Simply transported them all to the roof And started building then took 2 heads out of a bag and stabbed them in the eyes letting The blood run through multiple pipes and Tubes on the machine

A Giant portal of blackness would appear then start sucking Kyo in, To another place....
