Bio: Valencia was a little girl brought up, training on her abilities as a Qwaser. Her, being able to manipulate Mercury, was a aspect of goodness. After leaving the Vacitan for personal reason, she searched for a new home until she came upon the village of the Neo Angeli, a place tha doesn't seem to have too many people.
